Jay has worked for this Company over the past 8 years, providing a range of Creative Services and Executions. I spent 20 years in Marketing Management and have a lot of experience working with creative staff in Advertising and Promotion functions - including working directly with David Ogilvy of Ogilvy Mather.

Jay understands the role of Creative Strategy and has always been thorough in determining what benefit and for what audience we are addressing whatever we have asked him to develop. He likes to know the limits and disciplines before he proceeds, which I consider a mark of professionalism.

The execution alternatives he has presented to me have always been developed rationally from my briefing, and I have known him to test options that can influence the positioning of the product or program in important ways.
